    Natalia’s renowned Ready Match Place seminar is now available in video format as part of Consultant Membership.


    In two modules and twenty one lessons, Natalia shares her most effective methods of placing clients into work and in the process motivates and inspires all those who follow her methods to become placement superstars.


    Those who undertake her online Ready Match Place seminar will be invited to attend her Ready Match Place days to be conducted in cities around Australia regularly during the year.


    Ready Match Place days are fun and a great way to network, increase monthly outcomes, and enjoy a supportive and motivating environment where placements happen organically.  Participants bring their laptops, mobile phones and up to 20 client resumes – let the placements begin!



    Training Reports

    We are the only training company that provides comprehensive post training reports for our face-to-face Speed Placement training. These reports are in-depth and include clearly laid our statistics on the effectiveness of our training via information provided in comprehensive evaluation sheets, trainer observations and participant comments.

    Our reports are honest and straight to the point, in easy to read formats using graphs and pie charts where applicable.  We also provide suggestions to organisations for areas of improvement.

    Reports are provided for face-to-face training only.

    We specialise in assisting those clients with barriers to employment into work. We also believe that all information on a website should be available in as many options as possible to encourage access to a wider range of viewing preferences.

    An audio version of the Employment Advantage program is provided for easy download to make it more accessible to those with vision impairment, literacy and language challenges.

    This website has toggle bars on the left of the screen to enable easier access to those using the site with vision impairment. A toggle for higher contrast viewing, grey scale viewing for those with colour sensitivity and another for enlarging the screen information are all provided for easier viewing.

Our Guarantee

We are the only training company that offers a practical element to placement training.  We are so sure our training will work we guarantee that consultants who attend both days of our face-to-face Speed Placement training, who have clients who are contactable and available for interview, will get at least one interview during the training.

    • We guarantee that out of a class of 20 participants, in our face-to-face two day seminar, there will be at least 18 solid interviews created.
    • If this is not achieved we provide four weeks of one on one online mentoring to those consultants that do not achieve an interview. This training will be at times convenient to both parties and organized in advance. A report of this training will be forwarded to the individual staff member’s manager on completion of the training.
    • All placement consultants included in this guarantee must have completed the two full days of face-to-face Speed Placement training, have completed the included online Critical Thinking program offered before the training and have a minimum of 10 resumes of their own clients that they have met face to face before the training commences.
    • All participants included in this guarantee must turn up on time for the training and be present during the training.
